When I work out and exercise, I like to listen to aggressive dance music. Aggrotech is awesome music for that. Surgyn's "Vanity" can easily be classified as an aggrotech album. It features very dark, aggressive, and energetic music with lyrics that you would never want to hear right before surgery in an operating room. The lyrics fit perfectly with the music and offer a fresh take from the usual type of lyrics for this type of music. I have listened to this album several times during my workouts and its great for motivation to push myself harder.
